Have you been driving past the 1200 block of Union and Salem Street and wondered what that huge building is? Well, it’s the future of LTHC Homeless Services known as the Engagement Center and Union Place Apartments.

The second and third floors are called Union Place Apartments and will offer 40 one-bedroom apartments for individuals or couples considered chronically homeless with a disabling condition. These are scheduled to open the week of Labor Day 2019.
